Robert Jr. picked up his first hammer at age nine on a job site beside his father. By the time he graduated high school, he had already framed two additions and learned to read blueprints. He joined the business full-time in 2001, bringing fresh energy and a deep respect for the old-school methods that had built the company's reputation.
Dale followed in 2004, bringing his natural gift for logistics and people management. Where Robert Jr. thrives on the technical precision of a build, Dale has a rare ability to keep multiple project sites running smoothly — on schedule, on budget, and to the standard the Harven name demands. Together, the brothers have pushed the company into a new era without sacrificing an ounce of the character it was built on.
