We have long-standing relationships with several architects in the Asheville area and are happy to connect you with the right fit. That said, we can also work with any architect you've already chosen — our job is to build the vision, not own it.

Yes — we require a deposit before mobilizing on any project. The amount and payment schedule are outlined clearly in your written contract before work begins. We never ask for large upfront sums; payments are tied to project milestones.
Absolutely. We hold NC General Contractor License #44821 and carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance on every project. We're also EPA Lead-Safe Certified for older home work. Documentation is available upon request.
